Married to Bruno D’Ancona, the entrepreneur is the mother of twins Chiara and Sienna, five years old, and Luigi, five months old. She is the daughter of businessman Roberto Justus.

In the videos Fabiana also said that she had not yet seen the messages received because she was enjoying family time and organizing her routine.
