Transformers: The Beginning reveals origin of Optimus Prime in first trailer

With Chris Hemsworth (Thor: Love and Thunder) and Brian Tyree Henry (Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire), the film opens in theaters in September

Paramount Pictures released, this Thursday (18), the first trailer for Transformers: The Beginningthe new film in the successful franchise, which shows the origin story of Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee and other Autobots, long before they arrived on Earth.

In the new feature, we are introduced to friends and almost brothers Optimus Prime and Megatron, voiced by Chris Hemsworth (Thor: Love and Thunder) It is Brian Tyree Henry (Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire), before becoming the great enemies we know. Check out:

Directed by Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4), based on the script Andrew Barrer (Ant-Man and the Wasp), Gabriel Ferrari (No way out) It is Bobby Rubio (Inside Out), the film’s cast also includes Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Jon Hamm (Mad Men), Keegan-Michael Key (Wonka), Steve Buscemi (Fargo: A Comedy of Errors) It is Laurence Fishburne (Matrix).

Transformers: The Beginning premieres on September 20th in North American cinemas and should arrive in Brazil in the same month, but a date has not yet been confirmed.
