What will happen?

Well, the short answer would be: we’ll see. But several people involved in the series have already given interviews talking about what we can expect from volume 2 and you can tell that things are not going to go smoothly.

Series director Shawn Levy, for example, has already stated that the episodes “will hit you in the heart”. “There is a lot to write about the length of these episodes and particularly the robust length of episode nine. After watching the last two episodes, they are as emotional as they are cinematic. Heck, they’re definitely a feast for the eyes, but they punch you in the heart. “

Another interview, from actor Jamie Campbell Bower to The Hollywood Reporter, makes us even more suspicious that one or more characters may come to a tragic end. “I didn’t mean to say that, but I would be worried about the fate of the characters in volume 2. I hope so, because it’s a darker season and children are no longer children. Everyone is in danger. There is a sinister feeling that things may not end well. Now, whether it ends well or not, you’ll have to watch it. “

Finally, the creators of the series, the Duffer brothers, have confirmed to Variety that there will be a “death tally” in the new volume, so it’s good to prepare for the farewells.

“Stranger Things” has already been renewed for a fifth season, which will be the last, so volume 2 will not be the end of the series, but should lead it to the final season.

“Stranger Things” Season 4 Volume 2 arrives on Netflix this Friday, July 1st.
