George Miller took 78 days to film a scene in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga

The 2015 prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road stars Anya Taylor-Joy (Dune: Part 2) and Chris Hemsworth (Thor: Love and Thunder)

Star of Furiosa: A Mad Max Sagaprelude to Mad Max: Fury Road, Anya Taylor-Joy (Dune: Part 2) gave details about an action scene from the new film, scheduled to hit theaters in May, which the director George Miller It took 78 days to film.

In an interview with TotalFilmthe actress revealed that the action sequence is around 15 minutes long and spoke extensively with the filmmaker to understand the motivation behind that sequence and why it needed to be so long:

“It’s because you see an accumulation of skills throughout a battle, and this is very important to understand not only how ingenious Angry is, but also your courage. It’s the longest sequence any of us have ever filmed. The day we finished, everyone got a living”said the actress.
