Ralph Ineson will play the planet eater in Fantastic Four
Marvel Studios has chosen actor and voice actor Ralph Ineson to play Galactus in the new film Fantastic Four. Final Fantasy XVI players may remember him as the voice of Cidolfus Telamon, or Cid. He also gained fame among gamers for voicing Lorath Nahr in Diablo IV, thanks to his distinctive voice.
In addition to dubbing games, Ineson has become world-renowned for his work on The Witch (2015), The Legend of the Green Knight (2021), and Resistance (2023).
Joining him in the new film will be Pedro Pascal (HBO’s The Last of Us) in the role of Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible: Fallout) as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things) as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Bear) as Ben Grimm/The Thing, and Julia Garner (Ozark) playing a female version of the Silver Surfer.
According to what was announced by the The Hollywood journalist (through Game informant), the film will begin shooting in England in the third quarter.
Fantastic Four will be released in theaters on July 25, 2025.
