I am 13 years old, 14 now in June, and I measure 1.75 m. Is there anything I can do to stop growing? I’m afraid of becoming too tall and that no one will be interested in me.

You are 13 or 14 years old and measure 1.75m. Could it grow a little more? Perhaps. It will really depend on the height of your parents and when you are in puberty.

For example: If you had your period a year or two ago, the chances of growth are lower. But if you don’t have your period yet, or have just started having your period, you may still grow, yes, a few inches.

There is nothing you can do to stop growing, that doesn’t exist. You can’t stop its growth. There is genetic potential, and you will likely reach your final height based on your genetic potential.

The person who can tell you exactly your size, your height, is your pediatrician, who has a growth curve, a chart in the office, that monitors your development.

Now, if you get a little taller, instead of 1.75, get 1.77 or 1.78, no one will be interested in you? I think this is your plumbing, your bias. People are different and this does not limit their emotional and love experiences.
