According to TV insiderJaicy Elliot, who has played surgical resident Taryn Helm since season 14 of Grey’s Anatomywill star in the new original Hallmark movie, romance with style. Benjamin Hollingsworth of virgin river will also be presented. Elliot will play Ella, an aspiring plus size designer who wants to design clothes for women like her, while Hollingsworth will play Derek, a “publishing prince”. The official synopsis of the film reads like this:
Ella’s unique designs inspire publishing mogul Derek to include plus size fashion in his magazine. It doesn’t take long before Derek realizes that Ella’s influence extends way beyond the runways.
The upcoming film will premiere as part of Hallmark Channel’s annual “Fall Into Love” programming event. romance with style premieres Saturday August 13 at 8:00 PM EST and will mark the film debut of Elliot’s Hallmark. Ben Hollingsworth has already starred in Love Under the Olive Tree.
