Charlene is back

After learning from Zacharias that Cardon sent a student to burn down Blaupre, Teissier talks to Constance about it. He regrets not warning his rival about his dream project. From now on, he’s going to find a student accomplice to bring him down. To do this, Teissier came up with the idea to return to the institute under the pretext of conducting a master class. Constance gives him full support in his approach, willing to delay their departure for the Lands.

So Teissier goes to the institute to ask Cardon to organize a master class. Clotilde pleads in her favor, believing that this will create a more peaceful passing of the torch between the former headmistress and the new headmistress. Cardone agrees to give him a two-week master class. Once alone with Teissier, Clotilde hopes he has nothing else in mind. The latter assures him that no.

A little later, the students gathered outside the amphitheater, where Cardon announced that some of them would have the opportunity to attend a pastry masterclass that Teyssier is hosting starting next week. The master class is open to everyone. The best candidates will be selected on Monday. Teissier adds that participants will have the opportunity to create their own signature dessert under his guidance.

Back home, Tessier finds that Charlene has returned. In fact, Constance called him to update him on the situation regarding the Cardon and Beaupre fires. Teissier was happy to find his daughter. And he’s totally going to help her take down Kardon…

Salome leaves the institute

While having breakfast with Kelly, Salome gets a response from the owner of the restaurant she fell in love with in Dinar: the latter agrees to sell to her on the condition that she makes a quick decision because there is another buyer in the place. However, Salome cannot raise the necessary funds so quickly. Kelly then offers him a sponsorship, which he won with the Coupe de France.

Salome then went into the kitchen to ask Chef Guino for advice. The young girl is afraid that everything is too hasty. The chef points out that there will never be a good time and offers to leave if he really wants to.

Deciding to leave, Salome takes her to the amphitheater to talk to him about her project and ask her to accompany him. The young man is a bit lost and prefers to spend time thinking.

A little later, Kelly and Salome greet Anais, who has returned from her internship at a restaurant in Antibes. A young girl wants to know everything about her best friend’s project. But Salome explains that she is not going to leave Gaetan unless he wants to follow her to Brittany. Kelly and Anais still encourage her to follow her wishes, despite her boyfriend’s decision.

After which Salome finds Gaitani in his sports room. After thinking it over, the latter agrees to let her go to pursue her dream while remaining independent at the institute. Thus, the couple decides to give themselves a chance to live the relationship long distance.

Accompanied by a friend, Salome gathers her loved ones in the Double A kitchen to tell them the big news. Kelly, Leticia, Maya and Leonard admire her. As for Claire and Rose, they are very proud. Only Anais is mixed: both are happy for her best friend and sad to see him leave. After saying goodbye to him, Salome leaves the institute.

Stanislas will decide

Hortense meets Stanislas at the coffee machine and notices his small face. Butler confirms that he is not in good shape, having not slept well since his discussion with Alice the day before, in which his wife had little chance of waking up from her coma. Hortense explains that Alice doesn’t know how to be formal on this occasion, but that she probably didn’t want to hurt her. Stanislaus also admits that he is right: he knows deep down that his wife will not wake up and he must move on.

Later, Hortense finds Alice in the park. He tells her that he won first prize in the raffle: a convertible car. At the same time, Antoine arrives to tell her that Cardon has decided to continue her contract at the institute as a pastry teacher. Alice is very surprised because Cardone usually never changes his mind.

Alice calls Stanislas to tell him that he was wrong: luck exists even when it’s small. Therefore, he urges him not to lose hope in his wife. Stanislaus is touched. She thanks her colleague for opening her eyes to her situation and the need to move forward. The young man then makes a joke about math, which makes Alice laugh.
