Conmebol defines the clashes of the South American round of 16

Seven Brazilians participate in the competition. The round of 16 will be played from 14 to 21 August

Conmebol defined, on the afternoon of this Monday (3), the clashes of the round of 16 of the South American Championship. The first-placed teams from the group stage will participate in this phase, plus the winners of the matches between the second-placed Sula and the third-placed Libertadores.

The Brazilians competing are in fact: Cruzeiro, Fortaleza, Athletico-PR, Corinthians, Cuiabá and RB Bragantino, in addition to Internacional, still fighting for the ranking)

In summary, the playoff disputes are scheduled for July 17th and 24th. So, once the opponents have been defined, the round of 16 of the South American Championship should take place from 14 to 21 August.
