No Love, Fame and Beauty or The Young and the Restless on TF1 this Thursday 6th June 2024! Indeed, due to special programming, American soap operas, usually at 10:30 am, then at 11 am, will no longer air today…
The program on the 80th anniversary of the landing
In a press release, the channel explains: “The TF1 Group Information Department is offering a special day to mark the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings on June 6.
From 9.30am and throughout the day, Anne-Claire Coudrey, Marie-Sophie Lacarau and Gilles Boulleau will present a special edition dedicated to the Allied landings to liberate France.
They are accompanied by a host of guests, including Olivier Wieworka (historian and university professor at ENS), Antony Beevor (historian and former British Army officer) and Bénédicte Cheron (historian, military specialist and lecturer at the Catholic Institute of Paris).
The series returns the following day on TF1
Not to worry, though: The Logans and Forresters of Love, Fame and Beauty, as well as the young and restless Newmans and Abbots, will return to their usual homes on Friday 7 June at 10.30am, then 11am, obviously on TF1.
This week on The Young and the Restless, Abby (Melissa Ordway) is on edge after the death of Chance (Conner Floyd). But a young woman follows a trail to Spain, where her lover finally turns up… but in dire straits.
On The Bold and the Beautiful, temptation is stronger than ever for Hope (Annika Noel)…who ends up crashing in Rome and kissing Thomas (Matthew Atkinson)! However, Liam (Scott Clifton) unexpectedly joins his wife and sees her kissing her rival…
