Paul Staehle is at the center of the latest troubling situation, as he and his three-year-old son, Pierre (with whom Paul shares her now ex Karine Martins ) were reported missing before Independence Day weekend, sparking allegations of kidnapping by the public. Now, thankfully, Staehle and her son have returned home to the Louisville, KY area and police have confirmed that they are both safe and sound, although the incident has not been fully resolved.

Following the public police bulletin declaring Paul Staehle and Pierre missing, the first 90 days boyfriend the star spoke first and denied any kidnapping charges, saying it was travel around the country he had been looking for work since early June and had brought Pierre with him to ease the boy’s separation anxiety. Staehle said her intention was to return quickly to Louisville, and it appears she followed without further incident, as she said. TMZ who reunited with his parents at a Louisville-area park on Saturday, July 2.

After that time, the parents would contact child protection officials, who picked up Pierre and took him to a foster home where he met. his one-year-old brother Ethan . A representative from the Louisville Police Department confirmed that Pierre was found and in good hands, and on Sunday the missing person report was officially closed.

The whole incident was made even more complicated by the fact that neither Paul nor Karine Martins have custody of their children. (To that end, Staehle said she chose to leave Pierre with his parents specifically so that none of the CPS would face him.) That court ruling came from videos showing the ex-couple’s abusive relationship, with images dating back more than a decade when they were first shown at the 90 days boyfriend franchising. But it is also claimed that one or both of their children were present for their heated disputes, hence the removal of custody.

Even though the future of Paul Staehle’s parenting situation isn’t entirely clear, he says he’s still processing the legal drama he and Karine Martins are facing regarding Pierre and Ethan. One possible upside is that their parents seek full custody of the two children, which will be dealt with in family court, although it is unclear how it will turn out.

TMZ previously reported that it was after custody issues arose that divorce papers would be filed. But as with everything involved here, we’ll have to wait and see how things turn out. Suffice it to say it won’t happen in a TLC series.
