A few months after its debut on TF1, the cast of Plus belle la vie encore plus belle welcomes a new member. This is Davy Sardou, the second son of the Connemara Lakes translator. And if the 46-year-old actor probably means nothing to you, that’s because he mostly excelled in theater.
Devi Sardou has already starred in a play alongside Julien Aluget (Here It All Begins)
If you were able to find him in his first role in the sitcom “Le groupe” on TF1 in the 2000s, then he took to the stage to play colorful characters. While he began his theater career in 2002, he then performed William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream in 2011, before meeting Julien Aluget (Zachary Landiras, Here It All Begins) in 2015’s Heart’s Desires.
More recently, he played “Saint-Exupery, The Secret of the Aviator” at the Théâtre du Splendid or in a play called “Au scalpel” at the Théâtre des Variétés. But Davy Sardu also cut his teeth on TV after appearing in Navarro, RIS Science Police and even Section de Recherches.
On the personal side, Michel Sardou’s son was married to Noemi Elbaz for a long time. And if that name rings a bell, it’s because the actress recently joined the cast of Tomorrow Belongs to Us. Yes, she lends her personality to Agnes Prado, a high school math teacher. Although they are now divorced, they have a daughter named Lucy, who was born in 2013.
But then, what kind of character will Davy Sardou play in Plus belle la vie, encore plus belle? We don’t know much yet, except that his name is Pascal Brach and he’s going to go to the doctor’s office. The actress took the time to talk about her role during an interview with our colleagues at Télé-Loisirs:
“Pascal arrives alone in Marseilles, where he knows no one”
“She’s quite a serious nurse, with a style of dress I won’t accept and vices you’ll discover. She arrives alone in Marseilles, where she knows no one.” I can also tell you that his statements are very mysterious! But if Pascal has any vices, it’s because he’s clearly not as pretty as he seems.
And if we know that Devi Sardu Having only shot one arch, would the actor wish to return to Mistral one day? His answer is very clear: “If I leave it like that, I’ll be very happy to do it, and if he comes back, I’ll be happy to come back.” One thing is certain, this character risks disrupting Mistral’s peaceful life.
