120 million hours watched: Despite poor ratings, Sous la Seine breaks records

After a thunderous start, Sous la Seine confirms the second week. Netflix’s summer blockbuster has become one of the platform’s most-watched movies since its release earlier this month.

The French shark film focuses on a scientist named Sophia (Bérénice Bejo) who teams up with river police chief Adil (Nassim Lyes) to get the shark Lilith out of the Seine and back into the ocean.
