Instagram considers sensitive content all posts that do not violate community guidelines, but present topics that not everyone wants to see. This includes posts about violence, sexually explicit or suggestive materials, and posts promoting regulated or controlled products, such as tobacco.
These topics usually do not break the rules, so Instagram would have no reason to remove them from the network; on the other hand, they can be annoying, so the alternative is to limit the viewing of these posts. How to view sensitive content more frequently on Instagram
To release more sensitive content into your feed, you need to change the preference in your network settings. The process can only be done on your mobile phone:

- Tap “Sensitive Content”;

Restrictions for minors
