In court, a young man who pleads insanity claims that he committed the crime after Akasha’s character. Queen of the Damned (played Aliyah) ordered to be killed in order to become a vampire and achieve immortality.

“Finally I knew I had to kill someone…”– says Alan Menzies, obsessed with movies Queen of the Damned which he has seen more than 100 times. “If I hadn’t killed someone, I wouldn’t have become a vampire.”

The killer was found dead in his cell

According to Alan Menzies, one of these criminals who was inspired by films or series to fuel their behavior, it was his best friend’s offensive remark about the film that “broke” him. After hitting the latter with several blows with a hammer, he beats him, drinks his blood, eats the skull and buries the body, which is found a few days later.

Alan Menzies, who was sentenced to life in prison with an 18-year security sentence, was found dead in his cell in 2003.
