The evidence against William is piling up

After discovering that William himself filled out the transport voucher for Caroline LeBlanc’s body while trying to alter its handwriting, Aurora asks Damien to confirm her hypothesis and not mention that she suspects her husband. A graphical comparison reveals 60% similarity, which is significant but not absolute enough. Aurora then discreetly sends a message to William asking to speak to him.

She goes to the hospital and confronts him about what she found. William states that he has no interest in Caroline LeBlanc’s body disappearing. He blames his wife for attacking him due to family problems. Witnessing their tension, Soizic waits until his colleague is alone to offer a distraction by going out for drinks with him at the end of the day.

At the police station, Sara frees Johan Elbaz from custody because his lady has confirmed his alibi. He was then informed of an anonymous call denouncing the murder of a certain Yvonne Blanc Drouet. Sarah questions him and finds out that he got out of prison 10 days ago. He was arrested for theft and murder. Aurora is responsible for her living. At the same time, he asks Damien to check the prints of the authority to transfer the body of Caroline LeBlanc. A little later, Timothée discovers that Carolyn LeBlanc lived in the house next to the people Blank robbed and that she was the one who alerted the police.

Later, Aurore interrogates Blanc, who denies being accused of murdering Drouet and Caroline LeBlanc. He claims that he was at his mother’s house in Mandelieu at the time of the murder. Although it takes time to verify this information, the Auror places it with the police. He then assesses Sarah: they still don’t have a connection between Blank and Drouet. A little later Sarah calls the Auror outside. She warns him that Roxanne has managed to trace the anonymous call, which angers Blank. This is from an internet cafe located next to St. Clair Hospital. Sarah sends a screenshot of the CCTV footage from the location. Aurora immediately recognizes her husband, whose face is covered by a hat. But he doesn’t say anything about it to his colleague.

Soizic is waiting for William at the spoon. She receives a message from him, in which he warns that he will not come because he prefers to stay with Manon, who is not in a good mood. While leaving, Soizic meets a young woman and asks about her. Manon says everything is going very well.

In the evening, William goes to a hidden location to burn the hat he was wearing in the video surveillance footage, as well as Caroline LeBlanc’s ID…

The Juilliard family is growing

Bastien goes to the lawyer’s office, where Soraya explains to him that Melody is now recognized as his only legal parent in the eyes of the law. However, the young man does not consider her a mother and is already old enough to refuse to live with her. Soraya then explains her options: she can request emancipation, with no guarantee that it will be granted, return home, or live with the Filipino Juilliard, whose request for guardianship has been granted. Bastien then makes the choice to live with her. A relieved young man must go to his father’s funeral.

He first goes to Juilliard to thank the Philippines for welcoming him, then he goes to the funeral in Violet’s company. Charles expresses his admiration for his mother, who decided to take on the great responsibility of being Bastien’s legal guardian. Filipina admits that she has love.

Meanwhile, Melody confides in Georges her hesitation about going to John’s funeral. His companion advises him to respect the wishes of Bastien, who asked him to take his time. Melody decides to do it, but still texts him to tell him she’s thinking of him.

At the cemetery, Bastien spends a moment alone in front of his father’s grave after the ceremony. He receives the ringtone message and immediately deletes it. He then gets the support of Lilu, followed by everyone, who expresses her sadness at what is happening to her. The young man is deeply troubled. Lilu suggests that she go for a drink at La Paillote at the end of the day if she feels like it.

At the end of the day, Bastien goes to La Paillote, where all his loved ones are gathered to support him: Violet, Filipina, Diego and Modi. Lilu is on duty and toasts to cocktails in John’s honor. Bastien is overcome by emotions.

Nordin puts his ego aside

In La Paillote, Nordin discusses Timotee’s pleasure with Rachel in a joking tone. He is then surprised to learn that the young woman is not insensitive to his charms either. Rachel also advises her ex to mind his own business, starting with his relationship with Manon.

Later, Nordin meets Manon in the break room of the police station and takes the opportunity to apologize for wrongly accusing her. In fact, he thought he asked Timothy to track Rachel down to get information about her. To make amends, Nordin invites him for a drink. Faced with Manon’s flat refusal, the tone rises and they argue. Roxanne interrupts them.

He takes Nordin to lunch in Spawn and points out how bad things are with Manon. At the same time, Timothy enters the cafe with Gabriel. They are sitting at the counter. Encouraged by Roxanne, Nordin approaches Timotee to apologize. The latter clearly identified the reasons for his behavior and does not criticize him.
