William still loves Caroline

After discovering that William and Caroline shared a home insurance policy when they both lived in Paris, Aurora arranges to meet Samuel at Spooner’s to find out more about their relationship. Samuel then says that Caroline is William’s first love affair, which lasted a little less than a year. He adds that they met each other in the summer of 1997, then went to Paris together. However, Samuel specifies that he has never met her. Aurora is surprised because her husband never told her about it.

Aurora then reveals to Samuel that she fears William is involved in the double murder of Guillaume Drouet and Caroline LeBlanc. She suspects the killer of blackmailing her husband and forcing her to give birth to Caroline’s body, then forcing her to make an anonymous call to blame Blank. So he asks Samuel to stay away from all this.

Meanwhile, William finds Caroline in her living room. He talks about their separation, which was particularly painful for him at the time. In fact, she dropped out of law school and never managed to pursue new romances, unlike William, who was successful personally and professionally. Caroline regrets not fighting for their relationship at the time, despite their arguments. William then points out to her that she will be able to start over by starting a new life away from Seth.

At the police station, Roxanne informs Sarah that she has managed to contact Caroline LeBlanc’s psychiatrist, who has been stalking her for 15 years. He told her that he talked about William a lot during their sessions. Two police officers consider all possible scenarios. They have proof that nothing was ambiguous between Caroline and Druet. Pressured by Martin to introduce new elements to the investigation, Sarah and Roxanne discuss it with Avore. This takes a few extra hours.

Meanwhile, Samuel goes to see William at the villa to tell him about Caroline’s death. The latter confirms that it was his ex that he saw recently as a patient. He specifies that he didn’t tell the Auror about it so as not to make her angry. Pretending to need a rest, William walks his friend to the door. He then discovers a pair of pumps lying on the ground. William ends up pretending to be having an affair. However, he makes Samuel promise not to tell anyone.

Later, at the police station, Roxanne gives the Auror the ticket to the stapler that was used to kill Druet. The weapon was purchased at 18:12 on the day of the murder. However, Caroline was pronounced dead at 6 p.m. However, police found his DNA and fingerprints on the stapler. Aurora and Roxanne deduce that Caroline is alive and that she is the one who killed Drouet.

Meanwhile, at the villa, Caroline prepares an aperitif to thank William for everything he has done for her. He serves them each a glass of champagne, then leans in for a kiss with William…

Charlie was seriously injured

In Little Spoon, Nathan gets a call from Charlie, who suffered a double fracture after falling down an escalator. After hanging up, Nathan talks to Valentine about it. He is very concerned about his best friend who lives on the 3rd floor without an elevator and is still alone during the 40 days of his recovery. Valentine offers to tell the family. But Charlie doesn’t want to worry them and asks Nathan not to tell them anything.

So Nathan asks Bart if he can leave for 2 weeks so he can go to Montreal to help Charlie. But the Spoon boss has no intention of letting him go mid-season.

At the end of the day, Nathan goes to Moreno’s house. He offers Sylvain a bottle of champagne to thank him for the refrigerator he donated to Little Spoon. When Sylvain asks him if he has any news from Charlie, Nathan doesn’t keep the secret any longer.

After learning about the situation, Kristel is very worried. Sylvain then offers to go to Montreal to help their daughter. In his absence, Bruno offers to run his company in his place.

Manon hides her jealousy

As Manon prepares to leave for work, Rachel calls her house to deliver a package that the postman mistakenly left in her mailbox. Manon notices that Rachel is wearing sports clothes. They then leave the building together and meet Nordin, also in sportswear. Indeed, the two exes go mountain biking together. Manon takes the hit and lets nothing show.

While on a mountain bike ride, Rachel stops to take in the scenery… and snap photos of Nordin, red and panting. He sends them to Manon, then mocks Nordin’s lack of stamina. The latter gets back on the saddle to prove him wrong, but falls and ends up riding them on foot.

Later, in the break room at the police station, Manon shows Roxanne the photos that Rachel sent her. Two colleagues then taunt Nordin, who also limps across the room.
