Hammer was accused of sexual abuse by multiple women in 2021
Armie Hammer admitted to writing his initials on his ex-girlfriend’s crotch Paige Lorenze using a knife. He argued that he was not trying to “label” her and that “there was no blood at all.”
In an interview with Piers Morganthe actor spoke about the incident that allegedly occurred during the fourth month of their relationship. “There was a scenario that we talked about earlier, that we had discussed where, you know, I would basically take a small area and just trace the letter ‘A’ — like the tip of a little knife,” he confessed.

Hammer continued: “Like, there wasn’t even any blood in the situation. It was more like a scrape…
It’s like couples tattooing their own initials on each other.”
Morganthen suggested that using a knife was “a little different from a tattoo”, to which Hammer responded by stating that “it was less permanent”: “I guarantee it was something so small.”
The British journalist revealed that he was “shocked” by what Hammer said. “Yeah, I think to some it probably sounds really weird. To others it probably sounds like a really romantic gesture,” the star mused. Call Me By Your Name (2017).
Accusations
Armie Hammer divorced from Elizabeth Chambers six months before allegations of sexual abuse and violent sexual fantasies became public in January 2021. That year, an Instagram account called House of Effie shared a series of allegations against Hammer, including rape, physical abuse and fetishes involving cannibalism.

A Peoplethe actor’s lawyer, Andrew Brettlerdenied the allegations and stated that the relationship Hammer with Effiewhose real name was not revealed, was “completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance.”
Oliver’s interpreter in Call Me By Your Name (2017), left projects such as Armed Marriage (2022), The Offer (2022) and the Broadway show The Minutes.
In February 2023, Hammer was still living in the Cayman Islands, where his family also lives. A source told Peoplehowever, that relatives had cut ties with the actor and were selling accommodations on the islands to secure money. He left a treatment facility for alcohol and drug abuse in December 2021.
