Lauryn plans to make Elizabeth pay

The atmosphere is especially tense among Laumiers. It must be said that Boris recently found out that his father was blackmailing Elizabeth and built his career on lies. If he is shocked by these revelations, the young man is primarily very angry. And for good reason, Francois always looked down on him because he didn’t study. As tensions rise between Lorin and Boris, Catherine intervenes and asks them to stop. in vain Boris goes and slams the door.

For his part, Alain fears that Elisabeth and Catherine’s relationship will be complicated now that Francois is dead. However, Elizabeth knows that Catherine will not do anything against her now that she knows that her husband never graduated from Harvard. Wanting to put the story behind them once and for all, Allen and Elizabeth decided to focus on their marriage.

Later, Muriel confides in Élisabeth how guilty she feels for telling her the truth about Francois’ past. If she hadn’t said anything, François would never have come to her house, and she wouldn’t have had a heart attack. Elizabeth then points out that no one knew the businessman had heart problems and then assures her that it had nothing to do with it. Only, Muriel fears that Boris does not see things the same way. So Elizabeth promises to keep this story to herself.

At the hospital, Jennifer and Yasmin express their condolences to Lorin. Unfortunately, the young woman scoffs at their hypocritical compassion and urges them to get back to work.

At L. Cosmétiques, Elizabeth offers Boris a few days off, but the latter prefers to work rather than think. The young man then takes the opportunity to talk to him about his father’s blackmail, telling him that he was right to defend himself. Boris would have done the same in his place.

As night falls, Lorin explains to Catherine that if Francois had arrived at the hospital 10 minutes earlier, he would have had a chance to survive. He adds that contrary to what Elizabeth said, she did not immediately call for help. Therefore, he would also leave Francois to die. Since he has no doubt that it was Elizabeth who killed his father, he swears that he is going to make her pay.

Montpellier police are on the trail of a serial killer

At the police station, Commissioner Becker and his teams investigate the murder of Martin Erant. After questioning the victim’s entourage, Captain Leon discovered that Martin Errant was a compulsive gambler and that he had several one-night stands through the Affinita dating app. On the professional side, Martin Erant worked for a debt collection company and had difficult relationships with several debtors. Therefore, the police have two directions: the debtor who wanted revenge, or the disagreement between the players.

Later, Hugo finds Ian to give him the autopsy report. No wonder Martin Errant was killed by a heart attack. Apart from handcuff wounds, the medical examiner found no signs of a struggle. On the other hand, toxicological analysis showed that the victim had been fed and drunk several days before the killing. Hugo then thinks it’s a kidnapping for ransom gone wrong. For Ian, they have no evidence in this direction. Despite everything, Hugo believes that all the clues point to an obsession.

At the end of the day, Hugo leaves a message on the answering machine of a colleague in Avignon who was working on a murder that was uncannily similar to that of Martin Errant. Therefore, it is possible that these two cases are related.

Johanna cannot get pregnant

Johanna cannot get pregnant. That’s why he and Ian made an appointment with a gynecologist. There, the doctor asks them not to worry. In fact, one in five women has a miscarriage, and this absolutely does not prevent future pregnancies. Since the test results are normal and there are no signs of infertility, Johanna tries to understand why she is not getting pregnant. The gynecologist then replied that nature can be capricious at times and then suggested that they start the IVF protocol. Although she doesn’t know what to think about it, Johanna wants to put all the odds on her side and agrees.

Johanna looks a little stressed as she leaves the office, but Ian assures her that she will be able to get pregnant before the protocol begins. And the cop is going to have fun trying to conceive a baby naturally before going through such a procedure. Which makes Johanna laugh.
