Milan, who drew their first match of the Italian Serie A against Torino, have signed midfielder Youssouf Fofana, who previously played for Monaco.
The 25-year-old, who also plays for the French national team, has signed a contract with the Italian national team valid until the end of June 2028.
According to local press, the Rossoneri paid around 20 million euros, in addition to a possible five million euros in bonuses.
Fofana will meet four compatriots in his new adventure in the Lombard capital: Mike Maignan, Theo Hernández, Pierre Kalulu and Yacine Adli.
The athlete remained in Monaco for four and a half seasons, playing 175 games and scoring seven goals.
