Tom solves the gallery robbery

At the BGL office, Claudine informs Alix that the Tushido board has contacted her again and that if she doesn’t pay the €60,000 they will file a lawsuit against her. Alix is worried. He doesn’t have that money. He can only pay 15,000 euros.

These are all his savings. He writes Claudine a check, hoping it will appease them. Claudine then questions Alix about her relationship with Nicholas. He blames himself for screwing things up.

On the dock, Maeva and Tom are basking in the sun. They meet Romeo on his new bike. He claims he bought it at a discount and used his savings. Tom is doubtful. He confides in Maeva that he bought a new phone last week, even though he keeps complaining about not having money.

Later, Tom overhears Romeo on the phone. He can be heard telling the interlocutor that he took a big risk and wants the second part of the money. Tom immediately confronts him. Romeo confesses to her that he is behind the theft of Alix’s gallery.

He says he saw Maeva dialing the code that evening when they went there to celebrate her birthday. He returned two days later. He broke the lock and took photos which he sold. It was the fence that bought it, but he doesn’t know who it is. Tom is disappointed.

A few hours later, Alix goes to the museum to meet Nicolas to talk. She tells him that she blames herself for doubting him. He wants an explanation. Nicholas agrees to listen to him. She confides in him that she was under pressure and it went off the rails.

But Nicholas had a hard time accepting this excuse. Although he regrets what happened, he explains that something broke between them. He doesn’t see how they continued after that. He tells Alix that it’s over between them. The latter takes the blame.

On the phone, Tom tells Maeve that Romeo robbed the gallery. She suggests that he go and report it to the police, but Tom doesn’t want to report his friend. Maeva tries to reason with him: Alix also risks losing everything because of Romeo.

But Tom is confident that everything will work out for Alix. He’s going to get the insurance money. However, it seems that luck is not on Alix’s side. He receives a call from his insurer who tells him that the expert has concluded that he was negligent and that he will not be compensated. In addition, the insurer explains to him that he will no longer be able to sign new contracts. Alix loses her temper and calls the insurer a fraud.

Flor finds the proof

In the morning, Florrie watches videos of Elizabeth and Allen’s wedding. He explains to Tiago that if Elizabeth saw the truth, Allen would be poisoned during the reception. So he goes through the videos and photos that visitors have sent him.

Tiago doubts this theory. Florey agrees that it’s an improbable hypothesis, but it’s still plausible. And then watching the videos gives him a useful impression. It soothes her anxiety. Tiago reassures her.

At Laumiere’s house, Ekaterine asks Boris how things are going at L Cosmetics without him. The young man explains to her that Elizabeth spends a lot of time in the hospital. But Muriel, his right arm, took the reins.

Before leaving, he meets Lauryn and asks for news about Allen. The young woman explains to him that her condition is not improving and everyone in the hospital is worried. Lauryn explains that she doesn’t deserve what happened to her and asks her mother’s opinion on the matter. Boris understands that something is happening between the two women.

At the hospital, Evan explains to Elizabeth that Allen’s test showed no toxic substance. Janet, who is also present, however, reveals that they cannot say for sure that Allen was not poisoned.

Some poisons are not detected. What seems most likely to Janet is that Allen had a relapse after suffering heart failure a few months ago. They plan to continue trying other protocols, keep Allen under observation, and hope his condition improves.

Flora’s persistence finally paid off. He does indeed find a compromising video, which he rushes to show Elizabeth. In the pictures, we see Allen putting his glass of champagne on the table to take a selfie with Flore and Thiago.

Then Catherine hurries to stand in front of the glass. He could very well put something into it. Unfortunately, Elizabeth fears that won’t be enough for the police to start an investigation. Flore knows this. He let the visitors go again, hoping for the same image, from a different angle. Elizabeth thanks Flora for everything she does.

In turn, Janet surprises Lorin in Allen’s room. She orders him to leave immediately. The young woman obeys. She admits to him that she is very worried about Allen, but Janet explains that she has to remain professional.

Dr. Alfandi is not his patient, so he has no medical reason to visit him. Janet then explains to her that she promised Elizabeth she wouldn’t let her near Allen’s room. therefore asks him to respect this decision.

At Laumiere’s house, Catherine asks Boris questions about Muriel. He notices that they get along well. Catherine then asks if she has any news from Allen. He points out to his son that Allen was looking for what happened to him. At the reception, she drank champagne and danced, despite her recent health problems. She finds him unconscious.

A little later, Boris describes the latest events. Then he remembers the stain he saw on his mother’s jacket during the wedding. He then runs to the wardrobe to look for the suit, but can’t find it. Then he searches his mother’s purse and finds a dry cleaning receipt there. The jacket should be there.
