Young Sheldon on NRJ12: What’s in store for season 6

After airing the first five seasons of Young Sheldon, NRJ12 will bring you this Saturday, August 24 at 9:10pm in France yet-to-be-aired episodes from Season 6.

During the broadcast of the start of season 6 in the US, Steve Holland, showrunner of Young Sheldon, gave a look back at what awaits viewers in these new episodes.

Sheldon and his puberty are going through

Sheldon (Aine Armitage) and Missy (Raigan Revord) are on the brink of adulthood. Therefore, they will have in mind to cross the boundaries and explore the world.

Sheldon will be spending a lot of time at the university and will be staying in his dorm room for a few eveningsexplained Steve Holland TVLine. In turn, the mission will start working on a part-time basis.

Is George ready to become a father?

George (Montana Jordan) is determined to prove that he will be a good father and partner to Mandy. “Much of the season revolves around the story of Mandy and George“- explained the showrunner.

George clearly wants to be with Mandy. But apart from that, he also wants to be a part of this child’s life and learn how to be a good father.On the other hand, Mandy (Emily Osment) doesn’t want to get involved with Georgie.

She doesn’t want to marry a teenager who got her pregnantSteve Holland explained. “She is a strong and independent woman who can stand on her own two feet.“. But the more time passes, the more he realizes that he needs help. “This does not necessarily mean that they will get married. Every Cooper is going to get involved. They are there for him.”

Mariam and Giorgi are in crisis

In the season 5 finale, the church disowned the Cooper family. A situation that will greatly affect Mary (Zoe Perry). “This break with the Church made him question some of its priorities.”

He’s still a believer, but he’s in a bit of a bad shape. The church always played a big role in his life. Today Mary is trying to find her place in the world without him. Her children are grown, they don’t need her anymore, and that part of her identity is gone.
