However, he did not watch the fourth film in the franchise, released on June 20, 2019 in Brazilian cinemas.

During conversation with the podcast Club Random With Bill Maherthe filmmaker spoke about the relationship with the film series Pixar. “I don’t watch all the animated movies and stuff, but I’m a big fan of the trilogy Toy Story. The third one is simply magnificent,” he said.

“It’s one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. And if you’ve seen the other two, it’s just devastating. But the thing is, three years later or something, they made a fourth one, and I have no desire to see that,” Tarantino continued. “You literally ended the story in the most perfect way you could, so no, I don’t care if it’s good. I’m done.”
