Carol Barcellos leaves Globo after 20 years and participation in the Paris Olympic marathon.

This Wednesday, 28, the journalist Carol Barcellos revealed that he will leave Globo. The journalist worked for 20 years at the Rio broadcaster, mainly in the sports sector.

In 2007, he became responsible for the sports sector in Rio de Janeiro, covering the daily life of the main clubs in the capital of Rio de Janeiro. He also participated in three reports on the Olympic Games, the last one in Paris.

“By covering the first Olympic marathon open to all, in Paris, I completed a twenty-year cycle at Globo. From reporting from the field to the live broadcast of the first match of the women’s national team at the World Cup in France.
