The American actor Obi Ndefo died at the age of 51. The information was released on Saturday, 31, by his sister Nkem Ndefo, who said that “he is finally at peace.” The cause of death was not disclosed.

“I am heartbroken over the loss of my little brother, but I know he is finally at peace,” she wrote on social media.
Ndefo was marked by his participation in the TV series “Dawson’s Creek” (1998)but he also participated in other productions such as “Star Trek” (1993-1999), “Stargate SG-1” (1997-2007) and among others.
A serious road accident made him lose both his legsin 2019, and has made him focus on his health and recovery. With nearly 4,000 followers, the actor has used his social media to raise funds online and talk about life with prosthetics and wheelchairs.
Fans of the series and the family mourned his death. “He was love incarnate,” wrote one Internet user. “We Dawson’s Creek fans will never forget him,” said another.
