Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 slice of minced pepperoni sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the rice, milk, parmesan and eggs for 1 minute.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, peppers, green chili pepper, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Using a spoon, fry the dough portions a little at a time in the hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
