Breaded rice cake:

Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 slice of minced pepperoni sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the rice, milk, parmesan and eggs for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, peppers, green chili pepper, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Using a spoon, fry the dough portions a little at a time in the hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
