Patrick makes his own rules
At the police station, Jean-Paul asks Patrick if he can take the week off. Patrick tells her that it can’t be because it’s already not enough. But Booher insists that everything is better with Leah and that he needs to save the relationship.
Patrick replies that he will see what he can do, then asks Bohr to leave his office, but the latter prefers to have fun with his coffee machine. The new commissioner finds it difficult to hide his anger.
Later, it’s Ariane’s turn to act. Arriving in his office, Patrick meets the latter sitting on the couch. He asks if he can take a week off at the end of October.
Patrick replies that he has no visibility yet. He insists that he wants to please Zoe, but the Mistral Commissioner is adamant. Ariane is disappointed and tells her colleague that she is showing favoritism towards Jean-Paul.
Patrick opens his office door and tells the whole team: “You need to stop taking advantage of me because I’m not a free pass”. In addition, he emphasizes the self and reminds everyone that his office is not a break room.
After the speech, Boher looks at Ariane and gives him a sign to show that Patrick is holding back. So, did Nebut inherit a poisoned gift?
Gabriel is close to burning out
At Mistral’s medical office, Mehdi strongly advises Gabriel to rest or he risks developing depression. But the doctor tells him that he is working very hard to fix the mistakes he made and in particular to pay off his debts.
Concerned about his colleague, Mehdi asks when his last full night was, but Gabriel replies that he doesn’t deserve his regrets. So, are psychological concerns true?
At the same time, Thomas (Laurent Kerussore) has an appointment with Leah for a check-up. He takes the opportunity to tell the doctor that he’s sure Gabriel slipped up again because he’s been out in the evenings. Leah replies that she’s going the wrong way and that Gabrielle also works nights.
A few minutes later, Thomas found Gabriel in Mistral. Thomas asks why he continues to work the night shift at the hospital. Her husband explains to her that it is because he needs money.
In addition, Gabriel promises Thomas that he will soon buy his father’s boat, adding: “I’ll get there, or what will I do?” Is Thomas ready to forgive her husband?
Four Mistraliens and a Secret
Barbara, Jennifer, Blanche and Luna anxiously get out of the car. They don’t know if Yanis is alive or not. Jennifer (Diane Dasinin) takes her pulse and tells her friends: “He’s dead!”.
Barbara is shocked and already imagines her life if she ends up in prison: “I ran into him, I’m going to jail, of course!”. But Luna tries to calm him down, telling him it was self-defense.
Luna concentrates for a few moments, then informs her friends that she has a plan. She decides to dispose of the corpse before the police find it. He asks Blanche to watch while Jennifer, Barbara, and Luna bury the body in the middle of the forest.
Moments later, Jennifer takes charge of digging the hole while Barbara and Luna carry the corpse. But for Yael’s mother, it goes too far. He doesn’t feel like he can handle this heavy secret.
Luna looks straight in the eyes and says: “If one breaks, we all dive in.” He then asks Barbara to trust him: “We swear to ourselves that we should never talk about what just happened.
The next day, Jennifer goes to Mistral. Barbara joins him at his desk and tells him that she hasn’t slept all night. He’s sure he can’t keep a secret, but Jennifer confides in him that they’re all in the same mess and it was an accident.
At the same time, Killian arrives and asks the two women if they had an accident the day before. Indeed, it is surprising that they came home so late and had such tired faces. Jennifer replies that it’s because they partied too much.
Later, Barbara, Jennifer, Luna and Blanche meet at the Pavilion de Fleurs. Blanche and Barbara want to know what Luna did to Yannis’ car, and the latter replies that he parked it in a disabled lot in Marseille. In a few days the pound will pick it up, then it will end up at auction and the owner will be renamed.
Meanwhile, at the police station, Morgan informs Ariane that a man has come in to report the disturbing disappearance of one of his co-workers. Morgan tried to contact the man’s relatives, but they had nothing. We discovered that it is Ian’s…
