This Netflix series set in 2023 is coming back in a month and the trailer is electric!

Arriving on Netflix in April 2023, the series created a surprise and overshadowed another success of the platform, Night Agent.

Starring actor Keri Russell (The Americans), this gripping fiction called The Diplomat tells the story of how a diplomat in the midst of an international crisis finds himself in a high-profile position for which he is not cut out and which affects him. His relationship and his political future.

And you won’t have to wait long after the explosive trailer for The Diplomat’s second round of episodes, which arrive in a month, is revealed. Remember, at the end of season one, we left diplomat and field agent Keith Wyler in a crisis situation.

The latter and the Foreign Secretary were in serious danger after the discovery of a plot to attack a British aircraft carrier. Meanwhile, her husband Hal (Rufus Sewell) is in danger after his car explodes.

Netflix has released a trailer for The Diplomat Season 2, which at least confirms that Hal survived. But it also introduces a new character: Grace Penn, the US vice president played by Allison Janney. Confrontation with Kate promises sparks.
