Miss Marvel, it’s (already) over! Marvel Studios’ new production dedicated to Kamala Khan, the MCU’s first Muslim superhero, did end its broadcast this Wednesday, July 13, at the end of its sixth episode. And many Disney Plus subscribers are already wondering if the top-rated Marvel series of all time will get a Season 2.
Unfortunately, with the program being renewed for an additional season not on the agenda, the Miss Marvel miniseries was created to introduce its brand new hero, who debuted in the comics in 2014. The Marvel Universe after Kamala Khan returns next year, not in a TV series, but in a movie!
The young woman will definitely appear in the film The Marvels, she will have the opportunity to share the poster with her idol, the superhero Captain Marvel, aka Carol Danvers, played by Brie Larson. Also remember that a new incarnation of Captain Marvel debuted this year in Doctor Strange 2 (during the Illuminati Council sequence), in the form of Maria Rambo (Lashana Lynch).
Still, you’ll have to wait until you find Kamala Khan, the Marvel movie isn’t scheduled to hit our theaters until July 26, 2023!
