once – The ocean is full of beauty, treasures and legends. The first steps of a little penguin, the adventures of an old sea dog, the legends of Papua… Watch as the family discovers these marine wonders thanks to five short films from four corners of the world: Le Saut du pingouin, Le Petit Cousteau, Idodo, The Sailor and The Leaf and the Herring. Five films, five completely different animation styles, but the same fascination for the ocean. All in one forty-minute program, perfect for surprising little ones… and keeping their attention!
what they love Like the nature they seek to represent, the five short films give pride of place to diversity, color and life. Interspersed with shimmering colors and featuring rich and varied fauna and flora, Little Tales Under the Ocean dazzles young and old alike with its eclectic yet complementary artistic direction. This wealth of colors and animals of all kinds is sure to fascinate children ages three and up, and maybe even awaken the diver’s spirit in them!
what could be bothering them – Unfortunately, just like in the real world, nature can sometimes seem cruel. If Little Tales Under the Ocean will primarily leave budding moviegoers dreaming, some scenes faithful to animal behavior may disturb them: in the penguin jump, a bird accidentally falls into the water and is almost swallowed by an orca. A seagull tries to swallow a herring and his friends in the short film of the same name. Finally, in Le Petit Cousteau, the octopus hiding in the closet can give the youngest a little chill, but don’t worry: he’s actually very friendly with the hero and only wishes him well!
What they will keep deep – An ode to discovery, exploration and respect for nature, Little tales under the ocean It is expected to captivate viewers and encourage them to see the ocean’s riches with their own eyes. Full of values as beautiful as its many worlds, the film encourages all viewers to be attentive to the world to discover all its secrets!
Little Tales Under the Ocean, five animated short films from around the world, is now in theaters.
