The exact synopsis is not yet known. We know that the film should be released in the summer of 2025.
For director Diane Currie, this will not be the first time that he will make a biographical film. He actually directed Sagan in 2008.
Diane Curry’s last film was in 2018. It was my mother Ciziya with Viani and Fani Ardan.
The previous project started in the early 2010s
For reference, the previous project was announced in 2011, with a different cast and a different director. The main roles at that time went to Thierry Nevich and Celine Salet.
Production was to be entrusted to Christophe Rugia, who has since been exiled. He is due to be tried at the Paris Criminal Court on December 9 and 10. He will be tried for sexual abuse of a minor, following a complaint filed by Adele Hennel, who starred with him in Les Diables.
In 2016, another project was announced around Simone Signoret, directed by Benjamin Castaldi based on the script. This is a separate project from Diane Kurys.
