Tales of The Walking Dead: the teaser of the new zombie series saves the villain Alpha

The American pay channel AMC has released a new teaser of “Tales of The Walking Dead”, the next series in the universe of “The Walking Dead”. The video confirms the date of the premiere of the attraction, set for August 14th.

The first season will tell six different and complete stories set during the zombie apocalypse. Each chapter will deal with different phases of the pandemic, outside of the continuity of the main series. By this he intends to rescue already dead or missing characters from the central storyline and also introduce new survivors.

One of the characters that can be seen in the preview is the villain Alpha, played by Samantha Morton. But she shows up with an older appearance, before shaving her head and leading the Whisperers.

In addition to Samantha Morton, the cast also includes Olivia Munn (“X-Men: Apocalypse”), Terry Crews (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”), Parker Posey (“Lost in Space”), Anthony Edwards (“Medical Shift” / ER), Daniela Pineda (“Cowboy Bebop”), Jessie T. Usher (“The Boys”), Danny Ramirez (“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”), Jillian Bell (“Fairy Godmother”), Poppy Liu (“Hacks “), Loan Chabanol (” Explosive Charge: The Legacy “), Embeth Davidtz (” The Morning Show “) and Gage Munroe (” Anonymous “).
