According to Marie Claire:

“La Nuit du 12, a dizzying thriller by Dominique Paul, points to the systemic misogyny that undermines the investigation of feminicides. Appalling.” (Emily Barnett) 5/5

According to South West:

With “La Nuit du 12″, Dominique Moll succeeds in an exciting thriller based on an unsolved case. Immersed in the ranks of the forensic police, this dark thriller explores the lives of a team of investigators and questions the relationship between a man and a woman. Brilliant.” (Stephen C. Jonathan) 5/5

According to CinemaTeaser:

“The recurring curmudgeon of French cinema, Bastien Bouillon finds here his first worthy role. In front of him, the great Bull Lanners impresses humanity as always.” (Renan Cross) 4/5

According to Obs:

“A beautiful, very controlled film, one of Molly’s best.” (Sophie Grassini) 4/5

According to The Point:

“There’s no accent, no shooting, just plain wildness and a realistic portrait of two men a little lost, locked in solitude and surrounded by a straight-line scene.” (Jean-Luc Wachhausen) 4/5

According to Les Inrockuptibles:

“Dominic Molly takes an unsolved femicide investigation and succeeds in a melancholic and ultra-life thriller.” (Emily Barnett) 4/5

According to the first:

“Beyond its film noir, thriller appeal, La Nuit du 12 also reveals a brilliant demand to protect a public service under threat. It’s all served by an excellent cast that greatly contributes to the quest for authenticity here.” (Thierry Chez) 4/5

According to Telerama:

“Served by Bastien Bouillon, finally in the foreground, but also excellent female characters (including the judge, Anouk Greenberg’s interpretation in one of her most beautiful roles), the plot is flowing, black and piercing. Suffocating, but useful.” (Matilda Blotier) 4/5
