He reveals that the plan was to create a short circuit thanks to a ventilation system that automatically turns on every night at 11 p.m. However, Rachel returned to the shed early and caught fire against her will. Sarah then tries to find out who was behind the fire. But Julien is silent. He is placed in the police.

Charles, on the other hand, begins to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and confronts his mother about it. He now understands why he snatched the car keys when he wanted to borrow them to take Rachel to a restaurant. He knows that he sabotaged his own car’s brakes to crash and cause Victor to fall. Therefore, the Philippines directly admits that it organized the attack with the complicity of Julien.

Filippino then reminds her son that she has two corpses in her closet, thus preventing Victor from finding her one day and blackmailing her. At the same time, Sarah calls the Juilliard house to take Charles to the station. If the Philippines first tries to intervene, the young man claims to be the author of the fire and the car accident. He takes his mother by the hand and whispers in her ear to convey a message to Julien.

At the police station, Sarah double-crosses Charles and Julien. Both claim to be complicit in the fire and car accident. Charles reveals that he was the one who set up the bogus insurance scam to take down Victor.

After which Martin informs Timothy that his father will eventually be acquitted, then released after Charles confesses. He takes the opportunity to thank Timothy and Damien for their professionalism during the investigation. If Timothy apologizes to his colleague, the latter believes that his brother got everything he deserved.

Damien then returns to his mother’s house. She blames Victor and accuses him of manipulating Charles. So she asks her children to stay united in support of Charles. However, Violet finds it difficult to forgive him. As for Damien, he vents his anger against his brother, whom he sees as selfish. He adds that it’s their mother’s fault that Charles has become this way because she always indulged him in all his whims. Painful, Filipina has a tear in her eye. Violet tries to calm him down and Damien leaves…
