This Saturday morning (12), the Colorado cast welcomed the children of the social projects and the children of the players at the CT Parque Gigante
Internacional held a special training session this Saturday morning (12), at CT Parque Gigante, to celebrate Children’s Day. Before starting the activities, the children of the social projects met the athletes, took photos, received autographs and a kit of gadgets. After training the players also welcomed their children, who played on the lawn.
Among the players who took part in the action and preparation work for Colorado’s upcoming matches was center forward Rafael Borré, who is recovering from a muscle injury. The player appeared in photos of on-field activities released by the club.
Rogel and Fernando, also recovering, did not show up for the work on the pitch. Despite the absence of the athletes, the expectation is that they will return for the classic in the next round of the Brasileirão. Borré is also in Internacional’s plans for Gre-Nal 443.
Occupying sixth place in the Brazilian championship, with 46 points, Colorado aims to increase its score in the tournament and move closer to the G-4. At the moment Internacional is in the qualifying zone for the Libertadores and just five points separate the Gauchos from Flamengo, fourth in the table.
Under the guidance of coach Roger Machado, Internacional continues to prepare for the Gaucho classic. Colorado will have another week of action aimed at its rival. The Gre-Nal will take place on Saturday (19th), at 4pm (Brasilia time), at the Beira-Rio stadium, for the 30th matchday of the Brasileirão.
