Correios competition: find out what will be required in the test


Registration will last until the 28th of this month and salaries reach R$10,300; Of the 3,511 vacancies, 3,099 are for agents and another 412 for analysts

The notices for the 3,511 middle and upper level vacancies in competition of Mail detail what will be charged in the test scheduled for December 15 this year. All candidates must answer 50 questions on Portuguese, mathematics, computer skills and code of ethical conduct and integrity, as well as general (secondary level) or specific (higher level) knowledge.




Registration for the competition opens on the 10th and closes on the 28th of this month. They can be done on the website of the Brazilian Institute of Training and Capacity Development (IBFC)who organizes the competition.

See below the contents provided for the subjects Portuguese, mathematics, IT and how to access the code of ethical conduct and business integrity, subjects that will be required of secondary level candidates and higher level candidates.

Portuguese

  • Understand and interpret texts;
  • Text typology;
  • Official spelling;
  • Graphic accentuation;
  • Use of word classes;
  • Use of the crasis sign;
  • Syntax of prayer and period;
  • Punctuation;
  • Nominal and verbal agreement;
  • Nominal and verbal regency;
  • Meaning of words;
  • Official writing: general aspects, fundamental characteristics, norms, use and agreement of address pronouns.

Mathematics

  • Integers: operations and properties; multiples and divisors: problems;
  • Rational numbers: operations and properties; problems involving the four operations in fractional and decimal form;
  • Proportional numbers and quantities; ratios and proportions; proportional division; simple and compound rule of three;
  • Percentage;
  • Interest and simple discount (interest, principal, time, rate and amount);
  • 1st and 2nd degree functions: problems;
  • Measurement system: decimal and non-decimal;
  • Brazilian monetary system: problems.

Computer skills

  • Internet and applications;

  • Orientation: cardinal points;
  • Location: geographic coordinates, latitude, longitude and altitude;
  • Representation: reading, scale, captions and conventions;
  • Physical aspects of Brazil and the environment in Brazil (major domains of climate, vegetation, relief and hydrography; ecosystems);
  • Organization of agricultural space: economic activities, modernization and conflicts; organization of urban space: economic activities, employment and poverty; urban network and metropolitan regions;
  • Dynamics of the Brazilian population: migratory flows, areas of growth and demographic loss;
  • Territorial formation and political-administrative division (federal organization).

Registration and salaries

For those organizing the new competition Mail and the Brazilian Training and Capture Institute (IBFC). You can consult the notices and register on the website.

Registration fees are R$39.80 for secondary level and R$42 for higher education. Bone marrow donors from entities registered with the Ministry of Health and those registered with CadÚnico are entitled to the exemption.

The salary of postmen is R$2,429.26. The base salary for higher level positions is R$6,872.48. However, in the case of engineer and architect vacancies, there will be a salary supplement which will bring the value to R$10,302.

All external collaborators (agents and analysts) will also be provided with meal vouchers or food worth approximately R$ 1,400. Benefits also include transportation vouchers, day care or babysitting, and the ability to have a health plan and supplementary pension.
