In the duel between desperate people, the home team prevailed and overtook Itu in the Second League table




In a match against the relegation zone, Brusque beat Ituano 1-0 on Monday evening (14), at the Augusto Bauer Stadium, in the 31st round of the Serie B of the 2024 Brazilian Championship, Rodrigo Pollero, at the start of the second half.

With the result, the Santa Catarina team overtook the Sao Paulo team in the standings. By adding three points in the match, Bruscão moved up to 18th place, with 33 points. Galo Rubro-Negro, however, dropped to 19th place, with 31 points.

The game

Ituano started the match more aggressively, almost opening the scoring with João Carlos, whose shot was impressively saved by Matheus Nogueira.
