This Saturday, October 18, France 3 airs a new TV movie from The Murders… Ghosts of the Saints from 9:05 p.m. The new installment sees Ann Desis, aka Luna in Plus belle la vie, investigate a murder mystery in the Isles of Saints.
A romantic investigation
Caroline Boisseaux, owner of the Hôtel Tourment d’Amour, is found dead, her body caught in fishermen’s nets. It is Captain Gaëlle Boissaux (Anne Décis), a native of Terre-de-Haut, who takes the reins of the investigation.
Very quickly, he discovers that the young woman’s body has been moved and was originally located at the base of the infamous cliff. Like the legend of Caroline: the Chevalier de Freminville, the lover of Sentois, who, out of love, fell from the same cliff 200 years earlier.
Gaelle’s investigation takes a personal turn when her childhood sweetheart, Ludovic Augustin (Dennis Maréchal), originally from Terre-de-Bas, is sent to the island to support her.
And the investigators are not done with surprises: in addition to a romantic investigation that echoes their past history, they must arrest a ghost that is terrorizing the residents! Some say it’s Caroline’s ghost…
Where was The Ghost of the Saintes filmed?
