The first edition of the CCXP Awards took place on the night of this Friday, July 15, in Sao Paulo, and rewarded great works, artists and creators of pop culture content.
The CCXP Awards is a Brazilian award created to celebrate major pop culture releases, divided into six categories: Movies, Series, Comics, Literature, Games and Esports and Creators, not to mention the special honors of the event, which includes the creation of a Hall of Fame.
The ceremony was presented by Tiago Leifert and took place in the Sala São Paulo, exclusively for guests, and featured a red carpet, numerous tributes and presentations. But fans got a glimpse of the party through the CCXP Awards website and official channels, as well as broadcasts from the award’s partners.
Luiz Bolognesi’s documentary “The Last Forest” about the original Yanomami tribes won the Grand Prix, the biggest tribute of the evening, and also won the award for best national film.
