Ingredients:
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups cold beer
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
- Salt and paprika to taste
- 2 onions sliced
- Frying oil
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, beer, green chili pepper, salt and paprika until a smooth mixture forms.
- Dip the onion slices in the batter, drain the excess and fry them, little by little, in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
