Will Amy and Penelope be fired?
At the workshop, the young master chefs are concerned about Amy’s absence. Now that they know the truth, they feel sympathy for the girl. After a while, Delobel arrives on the last day of the master class. Tom takes the opportunity to apologize to her. At the same time, Amy shows up to class, much to the boss’s satisfaction.
After class, Quentin goes to hear Chef DeLabel. He says he is fine and is especially worried about Amy, who is currently being attacked on social media. The young woman then joins the conversation and declares that she accepts the consequences of her mistakes. She apologizes to the elder DeLobel for her false accusations, as well as for the strike from Quentin. They both forgive him and point out how talented his father was despite what he did. At the same time, Amy receives a message from Tessier, who summons her to his office at the end of the day.
Meanwhile, Penelope is in the park with Maya and Malik wondering about her fate at the Institute when she sees Antoine in the distance. Their eyes meet. The young woman admits to her friends that she really put aside her story with the deputy director, but still hopes that he does not blame her for hurting her. For his part, Antoine admits to Suleiman that he does not regret breaking up with Penelope, but hopes that they will continue their relationship well.
A little later, Jasmine and Lionel go to Chef DeLobal to say goodbye. The latter thanks them for protecting him from everyone. It promises to improve behavior. After which Teissier accompanies him to the doors of the institute. Before leaving, DeLobel asks Amy to be lenient.
At the end of the day, Penelope and Amy find themselves in Tayce’s office, who tells them that they can stay at the institute as long as they are spotless throughout the course. Finally, he asks Em to launch a new challenge for the students on OZ: “If you dare, uninstall this crappy app“.
Anais takes on a huge challenge
In the kitchen, Vic notices that Anais is tense. She suggests that this is because of the criticism of Theis. If Anais admits that the chef doubts her, Vicki replies that she just wants to lay down her law, as she is used to, and reassures her of her skills.
During the service, Anais is disturbed by Milan, who asks to taste her cooking. A young woman cannot help but think about her erotic dream with him. He is then interrupted by Stanislas, who takes the plate back to the kitchen because Double A didn’t like it. He even asked the head waiter if the restaurant had changed the chef.
After the service, Anais reads to herself. She admits to Vic and Hortense that she can’t think of anything new. Hortense points out that the departure of her two best friends, one to Brittany and the other to Spain, must not help her to be in good shape. Anais adds that she is also very worried about his attraction to Milan. When Hortense suggests a break so she can come back stronger, Anais has a different idea in mind.
A young woman walks into Tacey’s office to tell him her idea: She asks him to throw a special event at the Double A and invite her entire address book. Anais declares that she will give them the best menu of their lives. And if only one criticizes them, then they will give up and never set foot in the institute again…
Carla meets her aunt
At the workshop, Chef Armand decides that the first and second courses will work in pairs. Carla ends up with Coline. Despite their poor understanding, the two girls manage to combine their strengths: Colleen knows how to combine flavors around a pudding, and Carla knows how to make a plate with aesthetics. Thus, they get a score of 18/20.
Back in town, Carla and Coline are excited about their grade and put aside their previous argument. At the same time, Angel, Colin’s mother, accidentally meets them. Coline then claims that Carla’s name is Melanie and that she is his co-worker at the caterer. She ends the conversation and announces that they have to get back to work.
Carla then realizes that Colin is lying to his mother. In fact, the young girl did not say that she was at the institute and was led to believe that she was working in a catering establishment. Coline explains that her mother was very close to her brother Rafael and still believes that Rose killed her for no reason. So Coline didn’t dare say that she was at the school where Rose taught. However, Karla urges her cousin to tell the truth. But the latter is not going to do it.
