In these new episodes, the pogs, namely John B (Chase Stokes), Sarah (Madeleine Klein), Kiara (Madison Bailey), JJ (Rudy Pankow), Pappy (Jonathan Davis) and Cleo (Carlasia Grant), appear in a new treasure hunt, Blackbeard , at the request of a certain Wes Jeanrette (David Jensen).
But before they know it, they are overtaken by events, dangerous new enemies are on the rise, chasing them to find the treasure. Meanwhile, their problems only get worse and they are forced to question their past, present and future: who they really are, was it all worth it, and how far would they go to risk it?

If the announcement of the end of the series already carries with it a sense of nostalgia, it’s also a certain satisfaction for the creators of Outer Banks, because it was their plan from the beginning and they weren’t sure they could pull it off.
That’s why Netflix’s trust and the popularity of the series allows them to tell their full story. We will, of course, have to wait until 2026 for the fifth and final season of Outer Banks.
