The Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF) confirmed that the man killed in the explosions in Praça dos Três Poderes, in Brasilia, was Francisco Wanderley Luiz, 59, owner of the car that also exploded in the parking lot between the Federal Supreme Court ( STF) and Annex 4 of the Chamber of Deputies.

The man, originally from Santa Catarina, circulated throughout the day within the Chamber of Deputies and attacked on social media the STF, the President of the Republic, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and the presidents of the two Chambers of the National Congress hours before the explosions.

The person responsible for the gesture ran for councilor of the PL, the party of former president Jair Bolsonaro, in 2020 in Rio do Sul, in the Itajaí valley, but received only 98 votes and was not elected. At the time he applied under the name “Tiü França”.
