In Hippocrates Season 3 Episode 3, airing this Monday, November 18 on Canal+, the patients continue to roll in at the hospital. To solve this problem, Bouli Lanners decides to reopen SMUR to transfer the most serious cases to other hospitals in the region.
It also requires its teams to sort patients sharply so that the emergency room closes at 8 p.m., as scheduled. Unfortunately, this new system will leave many patients with no way out.
Arben (Karim Leclew), Alison (Alyssa Bellaid), Hugo (Zachary Chacerio) and Chloe (Louise Burgoyne) then decide to start admitting them to a secret care facility in a California hospital.
An unexpected cameo
But who says secret hospital, says lack of medical equipment. The California hospital is actually completely lacking in what is necessary for patient care. But our four friends clearly have more than one trick up their sleeve.
The series is being shot at the Raymond-Poincare Hospital. From Thomas Lilt, the creator of the medical series, Hugo and Alison go to the set of the movie to collect the equipment that will allow them to keep the patients alive. An unusual scene that is the reason for an unexpected cameo.

At 40 minutes 05 of episode 3, while the two friends are looking for the person in charge of the medical equipment, we hear someone screaming.Vincent, let’s make it happen“. Just then, Vincent Lacoste, dressed as a doctor, appears on the field. The movie Hippocrates, released in 2014, was written and directed by Thomas Lilt.

“I wanted to make a minimalistic cameo“, the creator of the medical series told us in an interview. “This cameo almost escaped us. This is a complete no-brainer, as Vincent Lacoste starred in the film, which was ultimately the precursor to the TV series.”
