Netflix: Announced for 3 years, this action movie starring Tom Hardy finally has a release date!

It was supposed to be released in 2024, but will finally be available online on Netflix next year. Announced 3 years ago, this action movie took several takes and therefore only officially wrapped last July.

Its director Gareth Evans, to whom we owe The Raid, The Raid 2 and The Good Apôtre, warned the public on his Instagram that“No trailer or promotional material will be released until the film is finished”Considering it was going into post-production for at least 6 months after filming.

While we thought we didn’t have any information or images to sink our teeth into at the end of the year, Netflix has just released two visuals for the action thriller Havoc, which they’ve been anticipating for a few years.

There’s finally a date for Netflix’s action movie with Tom Hardy!

This action film directed by Tom Hardy is currently in theaters in the last part of the Venom trilogy. The latter stars as a scarred detective who must navigate the criminal underworld after a drug deal gone wrong to save a politician’s son, while unraveling a web of corruption and conspiracy that is crippling the entire city.

The streaming giant posted two images of the actor, who seems to have put his all into the film on social media, confirming that Havoc will be coming to the platform in 2025.

“Here’s your first look at HAVOC, starring Tom Hardy, written and directed by Gareth Evans, director of The Raid. Coming to Netflix in 2025.”

In addition to Tom Hardy, this action thriller can rely on a large cast consisting of Forest Whitaker, Timothy Olyphant, Justin Cornwell (Umbrella Academy), Jessie May Lee (Shadow and Bone), Yo Yan Yan (Chinese American), Luis Guzman (Wednesday), Sunny Pang (Night Comes for Us) and Quelin Sepulveda (Good Omens).

The movie “Havoc” will be available on Netflix in 2025.
