Brazilian, the cow surpasses another farmer, Viatina-19, which last year was valued at R$ 21 million and entered the record books at the time.
The new record holder is three years old and boasts titles won in the last two years at shows. Carina FIV do Kado is a three-time champion of the Nelore breed, with Expoinel titles in 2023 and 2024 and Expozebu 2024.
At the auction on Friday, only 25% of the Carina cow was for sale. The winner offered 30 installments of R$ 200,500.00 in percentage. In other words, considering the cow as a whole, it is now valued at over R$24 million.
Now Carina FIV do Kado, born in Estância Pé de Serra, in Piracicaba (SP), has become the property of the condominium Casa Branca Agropastoril, RS Agropecuária, RFA Nellore and Syagri Agropecuária.
