It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Thursday 28 November 2024 Episode 1056 [SPOILERS]

Angel confronts Rose

At the institute, Angel goes to the management office to tell Antoine that she has changed her mind about the market gardener position. In fact, he admits that he cannot help himself and that he risks losing the farm. So he’s willing to put in the effort, including risking a run-in with Rose from time to time. Antoine asks her for a period of reflection.

As he walks out, Rose surprises them both. Rose goes to Antoine for an explanation. The latter tells him that he is going to hire Angel as a market gardener at the institute, because he really can’t find anyone else for the position, and it becomes urgent. However, Rose accuses him of only hiring Angel because he likes her and wants to sleep with her without thinking about the consequences.

Despite Rose’s reaction, Antoine stands by his decision. He goes to Angel’s farm to tell her he has a job. He is very happy to be invited for a drink to celebrate. Antoine refuses and emphasizes that from now on they will have to maintain professional relations. Angel understandably flirts with him a little.

In turn, Rose talks to Clotilde about the situation. He says he last saw Angel at the trial where he testified against her. First of all, Rose is worried that her sister-in-law will resent Carla for her. Meanwhile, Carla joins her mother, who explains the situation to her.

At the commissary, Colain suspects that his mother accepted the position of market gardener just to get closer to Carla. Angel confirms that she wants to get to know him and get Rose out of her clutches. Carla arrives at the same time. Willingly ignoring Angel, she turns to Colin to tell her to send him a message. Carla is very clear: she doesn’t want Angel in her life and threatens to attack her if she goes near Rose.

In class, Carla teases Berenice and Suleiman. He is angry at his girlfriend for having the idea to offer Angel a job as a market gardener, and he is angry at Suleiman’s father for hiring him. Anyway, Carla has no intention of dating her aunt at all.

A little later, Angel confronts Rose and accuses her of hiding Carla’s existence. While Rose forbids her from getting close to her daughter, Angel replies that the latter will finally listen to her. She informs that she still has the notebook she kept during her pregnancy. Angel is totally going to read Carla to find out how disgusting her mother is…

Malik has a big head

Despite being unmasked by the graduate students, Malik continues to write killer reviews of their dishes under Teisier’s name. If Lionel wants to argue with Malick, Quentin suggests that he flatter his ego by getting good reviews.

At the workshop, Lionel and Tom stop by to see the second year preparing a recipe for Chef Armand’s class. The two boys suggest that Malik rest and relax while they get the prescription. If Malik agrees, Maya arranges for Lionel and Tommy to leave so her partner can return to work.

A little later, Maya takes the dish out of the oven and puts it on a plate. Malik discovers that the mushrooms are cut too coarsely, but Maya calls Chef Armand to tell him she’s finished. The chef comes over to taste their dish and congratulates them on their good work, noting the lack of truffle flavor. Malik blames his girlfriend for not cutting more mushrooms. He now wants to confirm all the preparations before informing the teachers. Annoyed, Maya spins on her heel.

In turn, Enzo explains to Teissier that Malick’s criticism of graduate students is counterproductive. Clotilda confirms that Malik has taken a big hit. He even caught her in class while she was giving lessons to others. He points out that he is not a good enough cook to get away with such behavior. Despite these arguments, Teissier wants Malik to attend concept tastings and select a new chef for the restaurant-lab.

Will Alice fall in love with Getan?

In the park, Alice shows Hortense and Stanislaus a list of men at the institute with whom she wants to make love for the first time. Gaetani tops the list. Hortense confides in her that she is newly single, having broken up with Salome two weeks earlier. Stanislaus then tries to find out what attracts Alice to Gaton. The young woman explains that she is particularly interested in her coffee shop because she was already planning to make love there, or rather in the morning.

Alice offers to take Gaeta out to lunch in the park to ask him some questions about his coffee shop and find out if his plan is feasible. But he realizes that not all settings are adequate. When Gaitan brushes a fallen leaf from her hair, Alice feels uncomfortable and leaves.

He finds Hortense to tell her he’d rather give up on the project. In fact, he can’t stand physical contact.

Later, Stanislas leaves Alice company in the kitchen. He accidentally burns his finger while baking. Stanislas grabs the first aid kit to apply the ointment. At first Alice refuses because she hates the feeling of ointment on her skin. But Stanislas manages to convince him. Alice realizes that it is not unpleasant.
