After an emotional farewell to Maria Eugenia in the last episode from ‘MasterChef Confectionery‘, the final stretch of the culinary reality show begins to take shape. Faced with increasingly complex and technical tests, the participants tried their hand at chocolate in this Tuesday’s episode (03).
Ingredient that commonly causes problems on “MasterChef Brasil”, the chocolate he was the protagonist of the first test of the day. Divided into two groups, the pastry chefs had to create a true work of art and transform the popular sweet treat into a sculpture.
The teams were divided between Patrician, Juliet, Louise AND Caesarwho remained in the blue team, and Walkiria, WELL, I say AND Matheuswho took command of the red team. To complete the sculptures, which were evaluated by the chocolatier and president of Cacau Show, Alê Costathe chefs had to prepare very tasty truffles.
No chaos: the chocolate sculpture turned out to be a beautiful test on ‘MasterChef’
With a total of 3 hours of testing to present a 60cm tall sculpture, the teams followed different routes with the chocolate and worked in a very organized manner for much of the time.
Far from the traditional chaos of team events that commonly add extra adrenaline to the competitionthe test ended early and involved judging by judges far away from the competitors, which left an even bigger mystery in the air.
