Un Si Grand Soleil preview: Monday, December 9, 2024 episode recap [SPOILERS]

Marie-Sophie suspects that her husband attacked Mark

It’s still dark when Louis wakes up to find his father unconscious. A short time later, Mark was taken to the hospital.

The next morning, Marie-Sophie surprises her husband while treating a cut on his hand. As he tries to figure out what happened, the teacher says he punched the wall to let off steam. Immediately, a new argument breaks out in the couple.

At the hospital, Dr. Alfandi informs Leonore and Louis that Mark has a mild concussion and has regained consciousness. Even if it has no after-effects, the doctor prefers to observe it. Relieved, Leonor and Louis immediately go to Mark’s room. Since she doesn’t remember anything, Leonor points out that a burglar broke into their house. He then calls Midi-Libre to warn them that Mark won’t be coming to work today because he was attacked last night. Marie Sophie is tense.

Later, Elise arrives at the hospital to question Mark. The latter explains that he woke up in the night and the hooded man punched him in the face. If the journalist believes that the theft has gone wrong, the policeman reminds him that nothing was stolen. He then wonders if his attack might be unrelated to one of his investigations for Midi Libre. Mark, on the other hand, doesn’t believe it.

At the end of the day, Marie-Sophie goes to the hospital and meets Leonor. The latter asks him to take care of his companion for the next few days, as Mark is tired from all the work he gives her. Marie-Sophie promises to stay awake and goes to her colleague’s room. After examining her, the editor-in-chief points out that she might be attacked by her husband. According to him, Sohan can do anything when he gets into the tail.

Helen is back

Maeva has an appointment with her gynecologist to find out when she can have an abortion. After conducting an ultrasound, the gynecologist informs that she is 8 weeks pregnant. Therefore, it is already too late for a medical abortion and the doctor will have to perform a minor surgical procedure to terminate the pregnancy.

After leaving the meeting, Tom confides in Maeve that he can’t believe she’s two months pregnant. And suffice it to say, the young man is visibly distressed by the news.

When he gets to school, Tommy tells Achilles that Maeva is pregnant and that he is going to have an abortion. As Achilles thinks that he would be afraid to keep the child, the young man claims that he would take responsibility himself.

Not far from there, Nicholas goes to the gallery to cheer up Alix. And clearly they are still under each other’s spell.

At the end of the day, Tom is waiting for the streetcar when Elena, sitting next to him, apologizes to him for firing a gun a few months earlier. Although he was scared when he saw her, the young man claims that he does not blame her. Helen then suggests making some money legally. Indeed, Helen needs someone to help her empty the box for €200. which he receives.
