After several weeks on the air, Canal+ this Monday, December 9 prepares the last episode of the 3rd season of Hippocrates, the successful medical series created by Thomas Lilt.
In this final installment, Arben (Karim Leclew), Alison (Alice Bellaid), Hugo (Zachary Chacerio), Chloe (Louise Burgoyne) and Olivier Brun (Bully Lanners) will have to face the consequences of their actions.
An emergency manager recently discovered the existence of a California hospital. So he asks them to reintegrate the undercover patients into the real hospital. Unfortunately, the reorganization of the service forces Brun to reconsider his decision.
But things don’t go as planned. At the end of episode 6, the small group will have to make a choice that could have serious consequences for their careers as doctors.
Will there be a season 4?
At the moment, Hippocrates season 4 has not yet been confirmed by Canal+. But it’s a safe bet that the critical reception of these new episodes will allow Thomas Lilt to tell the story behind the scenes of the French hospital for a long time to come.
The creator already has an idea for this possible Season 4 theme.I can tell you that the desire is there– he told us in the interview. “I love this series and I love making it because I am attached to the characters. I often think about them and wonder what they are doing.”
“I need a theme to write a new season. I need to find something new to say about the hospital, but also something that can go beyond the hospital. I think I found this idea for Season 4.”
“It took me a while to come up with an idea for Season 3, but here I have it. There is a desire, there is an idea, and I know that the teams and actors around me want to return to the adventure. Now the road is long.”
If there is a season 4, you will have to wait until you can discover it on Canal+. Remember, we had to wait over three years between seasons 2 and 3, and two years between seasons 1 and 2.
